What are the symptoms of tooth decay?

The symptoms and signs of tooth decay are only evident when the tooth decay is in its advance stages. If tooth is justĀ starting, you may not notice any of the symptoms at all.
As the decay develops, you may observe the following symptoms.
- Toothache
- Increased tooth sensitivity
- Pain when eating or drinking something hot or cold
- Pain even if you’re not eating or drinking
- Holes that you can see in your teeth
- Pain when you bite
- Pus around the tooth.
